As midterm elections approach in America, hollow concerns are being raised by politicians and political talkers to be used as campaign issues against their opponents. Since being an elected official in this county no longer means representing the American people, the tactics used to fool them into voting for a particular candidate have been getting more and more outrageous. When our lawmakers have no interest in carrying out policies that will solve the real problems in the country such as education, fraud in our banking system, and actually changing the way healthcare companies rob customers to their graves, they have to go back to emotional schemes to sway us. His interview on Nightline focused on his religious beliefs and interpretation of the Bible.
